Tourists review the worst sunburn failures

As summer approaches, the desire to tan and spend a lot of time outdoors is getting more and more. However, the warm sunshine should be enjoyed with caution.

Tectocrine Ellie Buchanan treats herself to a Florida vacation. Its goal: to tan as much as possible. However, after a bad sunburn, vacations turn into a nightmare. The pictures you then post on Tiktok are horrific.

Buchanan first explains how she looks to get a tan. But all hopes of a tan are quickly fading away. Because the tourist did not apply sunscreen. The result is redness, swelling, and scaling of the skin.

In a series of photos, the burns are shown to be getting worse. At first I thought she “burned herself a little”. But when she wakes up the next morning, her face is severely swollen, with small blisters on the skin. Her eyes bulged out and her lips nearly doubled in size.

Tiktokerin “llioeriin” was similar to Ellie’s. She also shares her burns on social media. In another photo, she reminds her followers to always wear sunscreen.

User “i.am.uncle.drew” also shared a clip on Tiktok showing how the skin on a man’s back is peeling off. Pink skin appears underneath. A painful scene as most viewers comment below.

Most severe sunburns take weeks to heal. And even then, the long-term effects can be devastating. So always remember to protect yourself from the sun.
