The SV Neukirchen b. excel hl. Blut defeated TSV Seebach with a lucky 1:0 victory in a head-to-head duel.
SV Neukirchen bei Heiligen Blut improved to fourth in the standings. In the duel against TSV Seebach, under SV coach Konrad Fruchtel had the upper hand 1-0 and thus beat the balls out of the Deggendover area.
Both teams could only compete with skeletons, but an entertaining game was developed at a decent level, in which the first 45 minutes went to Rosenkränzler. Jerry Hermann and Kevin Dumbois missed first-class scoring opportunities. It was four minutes before the team changeover: Petro Bodnarok headed in a corner kick to give the team a 1-0 lead.
But after changing sides, the tide turned completely. Now the Seebachers took over and SV Neukirchen could barely free themselves, although the few counter-attacks were always dangerous. The lower Bavarians pressed hard for the equalizer, but they revealed glaring weaknesses in the final. Above all, Lorenz Becherer, the actual Seebach goalkeeper, played the central attacking role due to the concerns of the TSV personnel, missing three times alone against SVN goalkeeper Ladislav Caba, who made a strong showing. Edward Haines also missed two big chances, so Rosenkränzler managed to keep the zero with luck and skill and finally was able to celebrate his 16th win of the season.
