At the beginning of November, the ZDF channel broadcasts a special program entitled “Wetten, dass..?” the end. The dynamic duo Hunziker / Gottschalk is back for this.
Thomas Gottschalk, one of the most popular TV presenters in German-speaking countries, is betting on TV again – ten years after his last broadcast and one year after postponing the broadcast of his birthday “Wetten, dass…?”. The 71-year-old wanted to celebrate a one-time comeback on his historic birthday.
This is coming now.
And Thomas is not alone: the broker receives support from Switzerland. Michelle Hunziker will also be on stage on November 6 and cheering the bets.
“We have big bets, of course also amazing outdoor bets, national and international music shows and a couch full of big stars,” ZDF’s head of entertainment declared proudly.
40 years ago, on February 14, 1981, the show was first broadcast on ZDF, at that time it is still managed by its inventor. Frank Elstner. Thomas Gottschalk was the face of the show from 1987 to 1992 and from 1994 to 2011.
“Professional music expert. Creator. Student. Twitter aficionado. Unapologetic coffee trailblazer.”
