The construction site that is now being cleared belongs to the Züblin construction group, which has already built hundreds of apartments in Hafencity along Steinstrasse. Grasmeyer Containerbau was dependent on the property. A few years ago, the company abandoned the location and moved to a much smaller location across the street.
