Tamara Berger: MW helped her through cancer

It was one of the most difficult times in her life: Tamara Berger (30 years old) from Hinwil ZH was diagnosed with lymphoma in the spring of 2020. Doctors rated the chances of a cure good, but a trained carpenter kept losing strength during chemotherapy. A song for a megawatt rock band helped her.

“Whenever I was given a drop with a drop of an infusion during chemotherapy, I could hear the music. I couldn’t stand the noise of the chemotherapy machine,” Berger tells Blake. It wasn’t until mid-treatment that she discovered megawatt music through her fiancé – and the nickname “Loieherz”. “I want, I can, I will fight until the end of the day, fu mim lipa,” singer Thomas Graff (45) sings this song.
