When the SRF 3 Best Talent plays on the big stages in North America, we naturally want to know what it’s like. At the end of the tour, Kings Elliot shared with us her personal highlights.
From Altendorf SZ to London and then to the big stadiums of North America. This summer, Kings Elliot toured North America as a supporting act with American band Imagine Dragons and rapper Macklemore, performing on 20 stadiums in front of tens of thousands of concertgoers.

Who would have thought that we would ask to portray a young Swiss artist on stage in Los Angeles? The obstacles were great and the mission clear. We want to know what it was like: a six-week concert tour by Kings Elliot.
It all started 3 years ago at SRF 3
Sometimes ideas that may seem unreasonable at first glance appear immediately. This was also the case in February 2019, when SRF 3 decided to display music from all 26 cantons equally on Swiss Music Day. We got it wrong, because there are cantons that don’t quite attract attention with a great music scene. That forced us to dig deeper – and it ended up being an invaluable discovery.
We found what we were looking for on the Swiss music platform mx3.ch: in the musically inactive canton of Schwyz, there appears to be a musician named “Kings”. We only find one song “Color” on her profile, and it not only memorizes our canton idea, but it’s actually really good. So good that we put it in our SRF 3 playlist, made it “Our Song of the Day” and Schweizeren’s still completely unknown to one Live session on our Swiss music program “SRF 3 punkt CH” calls.
“Kings” becomes “Kings Elliot”
After 20 months, news finally came out: “Kings” is now called “Kings Elliot”, her hair is no longer pink, but dyed blue – and she released the song “You’re Tired of Me”. The touching song is about the fact that there is no escape from inner demons. You can only accept them.
The intimate video shows Kings Elliot having a panic attack. The positive message behind it: Even the most angry devil calms down again. In addition to voting for today’s song on SRF 3, there are also “Best of 2020” version of the Swiss music program “SRF 3 Punkt CH” Praise words:
If I had to pick one song, it would be Kings Elliot’s “I’m Getting Tired Of Me.” For me the best song of the year.
From here, things are steadily improving for the Schwyz native who lives in London. International stars such as Reese Witherspoon or The Chainsmokers became familiar with Kings Elliot, as her followers and broadcast numbers rose so dramatically, in May 2021, she was named “SRF 3 Best Talent”.
What should follow: Nomination for the “Swiss Music Award” in the category of the same name.
In the end, the award went to Joya Marleen, who is such a fan of Kings Elliot herself that she hardly dared ask her for a selfie on the red carpet.

Exceptional talent like Kings Elliot continues her path unchecked: she is now under contract with Universal Music. Their new album “Bored Of The Circus” has been released. From here, all doors are open to the lady from Schwitz, who has lived in her second home in London for many years.
