The beginnings of Jens Oliver Haas
Jens Oliver Haas was born in Frankfurt in 1967. His mother is Spanish and works as a hairdresser. The father was a civil servant in the city of Frankfurt and shaped the life of young Haas with a certain force and urged him to enter high school.

Jens Oliver Haas: Lead author on Jungle Camp
Today, the gag and screenwriter is demonstrating his talent on the hit RTL show “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here!”. Just like wife Zietlow, Haas has been an integral part of the show since day one – as the lead author. Along with Jörg Uebber and Micky Beisenherz, he writes the texts of the gentle moderation for forest duo Zietlow and Daniel Hartwich. In 2018 and 2020, Haas and his colleagues were able to look forward to two German Television Award nominations.
However, Zietlow and Haas rarely see each other while filming Jungle Camp, like the presenter in Gala’s interview revealed: “We have different working hours and that’s why we sleep in separate rooms. But it’s good to still be able to spend that time with him and his creativity.”
The couple have been married since 2002. The two met while filming. If the couple are not in Munich, you might find them in their second adopted home: Mallorca.
