  • 250 grams oat flakes
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 250 ml milk

Preparing baked oatmeal with berries is quick and easy:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, high/low heat.
  2. Mix oats with baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a baking dish.
  3. Whisk the milk, vanilla extract and eggs in a separate bowl and add them to the oat flakes. Mix everything together well.
  4. Melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the oat mixture. Fold the berries and pour the mixture into the prepared form.
