Adrian Schwab of Basel won the European Cup in Suhl with a centerfire pistol.

The start to the season couldn’t be better for shooter Adrian Schaub. The Basel exhibitor dominated the centerfire pistol competition in Suhl, Germany, on Saturday. “Solid accuracy (288) was again followed by solid dueling (294),” said pistol instructor Heidi Diethelm Gerber. “Although after the first series (46) he released his adrenaline, he showed everyone the master with the next series (50, 50, 50, 50, 48), the coach sums up.
