Schroeter rides with Miller Superbike in Australia / MotoGP

Jack Miller will be at the start of the ASBK Finals at Bend Motorsport Park November 25-27. The MotoGP star has now confirmed other celebrities will be honored in Australia.

It was already announced at the end of August that Jack Miller would once again complete a race in the Australian Superbike Championship in November. The Ducati MotoGP rider already celebrated his ASPK debut in 2021 with a third place finish. The adventure at Bend Motorsport Park seems to have given Miller enough joy to join him again in 2022.

But the Australian will not be alone in the same round at the end of November. Miller will bring other well-known racers to Bend for the ASBK finale, including Red Bull Rookies Cup driver Harrison Voight, who races in the SuperSport class.

Josh Hook will also be there. The Australian won his second Endurance World Championship at Le Castellet on Sunday with Team FCC TSR Honda and Mike Di Meglio and Alan Decher.

Miller also confirmed that Moto2 rider Marcel Schroeter made his debut in the Australian Superbike Championship. Like Hook and Miller, the 29-year-old Bavarian competes in the 1000cc Superbike class.

“Over the past year, Jack has come back to his roots to have fun with his friends. The three additional riders we’re announcing this time add interest and fun to the event,” Motorcycle Australia CEO Peter Doyle said.

“We’re delighted to welcome Josh and Harrison back to the ASBK paddock. For Marcel, I’m sure it will be an interesting introduction to the championship and the world-class The Bend circuit,” said Doyle. “I want to thank Jack for his commitment to bringing these strong riders to our event and to the Australian fans.”
