Einstein GPT is the new generation of Salesforce Einstein. It combines Salesforce’s internal AI models with ChatGPT or other generative AI technologies from partners and connects them with real-time data from the Salesforce Data Cloud. The data cloud aims to store, orchestrate and standardize all of a company’s customer data. This should allow natural language commands to be applied directly to the data in Salesforce CRM. For example, time-saving automation or personalized content that adapts to changing customer information and needs in real time should become possible.

Launching ChatGPT for Slack Messaging Service

With generative AI, it should be possible, among other things, for sales to create personalized emails for customers more quickly. Customer service should also process inquiries faster, the marketing department should create more personalized content for more successful campaigns, and developers save time with automatically generated code. Salesforce also announced a generative AI fund for Salesforce Ventures, the company’s investment arm. The fund invests $250 million in startups that are developing trustworthy and accountable generative AI.
