He faces from 41 to 51 months in prison
Six counts have been brought against Angeli. Crimes of obstruction of the US Congress can carry up to 20 years in prison.
His lawyer asked for leniency with his client. He demanded that Angeli be released until sentencing: “He had no criminal record, he was not a plotter, he was not violent.”

According to the attorney general, the Capitol attacker faces between 41 and 51 months in prison. Verdict against him is scheduled for November 17.
QAnon shaman, as Angeli calls himself, was still a huge fan of Trump, but soon felt betrayed by the former US president. The reason: Donald Trump, 75, pardoned more than a hundred people in the last minutes of his term. Angeli was not one of them. According to his lawyer, Angeli was disappointed about this.
