On Monday, police searched the home of Marilyn Manson, 52, whose real name is Brian Warner. Manson himself was not present when the home was searched.
As reported by the American portal TMZ, officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department pulled hard drives and other storage media from the apartment of the “Mobscene” translator.
The research relates to sexual assault allegations against Manson. Fifteen women, including his ex-girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood, 34, have accused the singer of physically, sexually and mentally abusing them.
Locked in a soundproofed cell?
Rolling Stone magazine reported, among other things, that Manson sometimes partners in a soundproof room He was reportedly imprisoned as a punishment for misconduct. These allegations were sometimes the reason for the raid.
Officials announced a public statement on Tuesday. In the past, Evan Rachel Wood and Game of Thrones star Esme Bianco have publicly announced allegations against Manson.
In February, Wood stated that her ex-fiancé had abused her “terribly for years”. Bianco accused the singer of multiple sexual assaults. Manson promised her to put her in movies and music videos and thus lured her to Los Angeles. There they had an affair in which he regularly abused the actress.
