At the same time, it is now possible to bury dead newborns and miscarriages weighing more than 500 grams in star cemeteries, in the same conditions as star babies. However, miscarriages can also be buried in existing family cemeteries.

By 11 votes, the council also decided that a 15-year period could be extended for the use of stillbirths, abortions and for children under 10, after which the fee would be charged again.
