She thought her days were numbered. The 41-year-old pink pop star was infected with the Covid-19 virus in March 2020. The process was so difficult that the singer rewrote her will. She tells this now in an interview with the British radio station Heart FM. “It was very scary and very bad and I rewrote my will.”
She had previously mentioned that during this time she cried a lot and prayed more than ever in her life. Her husband, Carrie Hart (45 years old) and their daughter Willow Sage (9 years old) survived the infection, while their son Jameson Moon (4 years old) also suffered from the virus.
“What do I leave behind for my child?”
Pink wanted to be ready for the worst. “At a time when I thought it was over for us, I called my best friend.” She said, “You have to tell Willow how much I love her.”
Especially as a mother, it was difficult for her to ask herself: “What do I leave behind for my child? What do I teach them? Will they do that in this crazy world that we live in?” And above all: “What should I tell you if this is the last time that Can I tell you something about it? ”
