Board member Jens Schöntube from the Sonnenhain division is paving the way for a new living trend – unique in Saxony. And he has other ideas to revitalize the facility.

Tiny houses are very trendy. small houses It combines its owners’ desire for individuality with a simple lifestyle, mobility and freedom – so much more than a camping trailer, it’s a home on wheels. But sometimes the romantic ideas of the owners reach their limits. If they were to realize that they still need to own a plot of land for their mobile home – At least if they want to settle down somewhere with their own little house for more than just a few days. Jens Schöntube has now found a solution to this problem in his job as manager of the Zittau Sonnenhain allotment park complex – in Hartau with the most beautiful view of the Zittau Mountains.
