Meghan Markle’s father says he wants to see his grandchildren Archie (4 years old) and Lilibet (2 years old). Thomas is angry and sad at the same time.

“It breaks my heart. I’m so sad,” the elder said.

He does not see himself as the culprit in the whole family drama. Similar to how Meghan Markle never admitted guilt in the dispute with the English royal family.

“King Charles did nothing wrong either,” Thomas Markle said. “And he is as deprived of children as I am.”

And Megan’s father becomes specific. He would have another way to see his two grandchildren. “In California I could even file a lawsuit to see them. But I don’t want to do that.”

He simply will not understand Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s ban on contact. “I’m a really loving father and Meghan knows that,” the 79-year-old said.

“There’s no excuse for treating me this way. There’s no excuse for treating the grandparents this way.”

Markle Sr. is also certain that his daughter and not necessarily Prince Harry is pulling the strings. “I think she had more influence on Harry than he had on her.”

“I’m always there for her, I still love her, and I will love her forever. “I want to see my grandchildren and have a little peace.”
