TransferLuka Jovic looks set to leave Real Madrid – permanent at the time. As reported by pay-TV channel SKY ITALIA, there is an agreement behind the scenes about a move to Italian club Fiorentina.
For a long time, both clubs were only negotiating a loan move, but the Italians now have to make a permanent commitment. The 24-year-old striker is said to receive a contract in Florence that is dated until June 30, 2024, with which he is said to be expected on Saturday. There should also be an option to extend this contract for two years.
Hot: Seemingly real so let number 16 go for free! But the Champions League winner will receive 50 per cent of the transfer fee if Jovic is resold. In addition, Real Madrid will likely pay him his severance pay for the next two years. His Madrid paper continues until 2025.
In the Real Madrid shirt, the Serbian, who pledged €60m in 2019, scored only three goals and five assists after 51 matches. Meanwhile, and more specifically in the second half of the 2020/21 season, he returned to Eintracht Frankfurt on loan.
