Biathlon: Swiss-Ski acquires Arena Lenzerheide AG
Swiss-Ski will assume responsibility for the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide AG from Michael Hartweg on 1 May 2022. In addition to the smooth continuation of the operational business, the focus is primarily on preparing and organizing the upcoming major events. “Michael Hartwig and his team have laid an excellent foundation. In this regard, the development of Lenzerheide as a center of excellence can continue to be made,” says Bernard Ariger, CEO of Swiss-Ski. The world championships will be held in Lenzerheide in 2025.
Universities: Record Swiss Records
The Swiss team has completed the Winter Universiade in Lucerne (December 11-21). After the latest nominations, Switzerland will participate with a record delegation of 126 athletes. On coach Manuel Celio’s ice hockey team are two players, Ricardo Werder and Gary Nasser, who have already been breathing the air in the National League this year. Curling teams can count on the experience of the world championships. The men are taken care of by Miriam Ott, and the women are by Peña Velcher.
