New opening in Bernau: “Osteria Vicina” on Steintor Square | Bernau LIVE – Your city

Bernau / Barnim: As of today, Wednesday, April 6, 2022, our small town of Bernau has an even richer gastronomy.

“OSTERIA VICINA” in Steintor Square opened in the morning and looks forward to welcoming many more guests from now on.

The premises of the former “Café am Steintor” have not been used for nearly 1.5 years. Now life has moved on again and “Osteria Vicina” enriches the gastronomic offer on Steintor Square and in downtown Bernau.

Bidding in the “branch” of Casa Vicena In Bernauer Breitscheidstraße everything belongs to a typical ice cream parlour: ice cream in different shapes, cake and of course coffee. If you’re feeling hungry, there is a selection of salads or pasta dishes to choose from. If the weather improves a bit, the large terrace outside invites you to relax.

At the moment, four employees take care of your well-being every day, except Monday, from 10 am to 6 pm. “Osteria” also means “wine and small plates.” In the past, you could bring your own food to Osteria – drank together and enjoyed time with neighbors and friends without having to spend a lot of money.

The “Lobetaler Bistro” in Breitscheidstraße also opened this morning. After renovation and with a new concept, it serves fresh and regional dishes.
