ETH Security Analyst Niklas Masuhr, 29, warns of the warning
Military academy fears Putin’s attack on NATO territory
Report from NATO circles causes unrest. It is not excluded that Russia would attack a country in NATO. How real is this danger? It is classified by European Institute of Technology researcher Niklas Masur (29).
According to a report from NATO circles, Russian President Vladimir Putin (69 years old) will gather part of his air force in the background in order to prepare for a possible attack on one of the NATO countries.
According to the report, Russia “deliberately underestimated its full military potential in attacking Ukraine.” Despite the heavy losses, Putin has not yet ordered a general mobilization. In addition, outdated, less accurate weapons systems and a much smaller number of air forces have been used in recent weeks.
“The official Russian account is almost always defensive and reserved. But Moscow still wants to change the status quo. Therefore, an attack on a NATO country is still a possibility.
Putin warned last month that NATO would respond “appropriately” if the defense alliance sent troops to Sweden and Finland. Both countries are currently in the process of joining NATO.

ETH researcher warns against creating panic
How realistic is the scenario of Putin’s attack on a country in NATO? ETH security analyst Niklas Masuhr (29) cautions against this information. “The contribution comes from the NATO Defense College, not from the NATO Military Command Structure, and it is based on publicly available sources,” says LeBlick.
Founded in 1951, the NATO Defense College is a NATO military academy for staff officers and generals. According to Maher, researchers have no insight into classified NATO assessments.
The assumption that Russia is holding back a portion of its air power and precision weapons is not new. Masuhr to Blick: “I still think that a Russian attack on a NATO country is practically impossible.”
Nor does he believe there is a connection between the report and Russian threats about Finland and Sweden joining NATO. (gf/SDA)
