More space in the new bakery – Presach

In order to meet the growing demand for Bioland baked goods, Sylvia and Frank Hintersee are expanding their Rothaus farm bakery on B 31 between Rimsinger Ei and Breisach. A facility for the production of baked goods, cakes and pies is being built on an area of ​​about 500 square metres, with around €2 million. Construction is also progressing rapidly in the immediate vicinity of the Horse Riding and Driving Club.

However, the “historic bakery,” as Frank Hintersee calls it, is bursting at the seams. The detached building from 1789 is too small for the current eleven staff. Silvia and Frank Hintersee agree that “better conditions should be created here”.
