According to the manifest, the tips and contacts apps for Apple smart watch Shows. The file lists “com.apple.NanoTips” and “com.Apple.NanoContacts”. Nano is the internal codename for the Apple Watch apps.
The “mind” is supposed to replace the application of breathing
