For the princess of pop, Paris Hilton (41 years old) portends the President of the United States. The It Girl has now revealed that she was originally asked to play a DJ for Joe Biden, 79, at the OAS summit. But she then canceled because she would have preferred to be there when her best friend Britney Spears (40) said yes.
Speaking on her podcast, This Is Paris, she revealed, “I was supposed to play music for the president’s dinner and presidents from all over the world. But the wedding was more important to me.” What does Hilton mean: Biden had attended the so-called Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles and received heads of state from North, Central and South America there. Just around the corner from Thousand Oaks where Spears’ wedding was taking place.
Paris Hilton kept the wedding secret
Hilton had learned of the secret party a week earlier, but was silenced by her friend: “I kept the secret all week. I didn’t tell anyone, not even my staff or the people who sent me the clothes! My drivers and stylists didn’t know which event I was going to on Thursday either.”
Hilton did not want to comment in detail on the wedding of Spears and Wissam Asgari (28): “It was the princess bride’s night and her story that she had to tell herself.” According to It-Girl, the singer looked “amazing” in a wedding dress designed by Donatella Versace (67): “I’m so happy she found her fairy tale. You two are such a beautiful couple. It really made my heart so happy to see her so happy and free!” (cth/bsn )
