Blick readers, UBS customers, have reported significant problems paying with Mastercard credit cards since yesterday afternoon. “I just got out of the hospital and couldn’t buy a ticket for public transportation,” said a UBS reader and customer on behalf of many others.

The big bank confirms the issues with the Mastercard, acknowledges the turmoil, but otherwise remains silent. «Due to a technical failure, there are currently problems using Mastercard. “UBS is working hard to solve the problem,” Blake said when asked.
Customers feel lonely
