Hayden Panettiere, 31, ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson, 32, was sentenced to 45 days in prison. In July 2020, Hickerson was arrested on eight counts, including domestic violence and assault during his relationship with the actress between May 2019 and January 2020. Panettiere reported to him the Los Angeles Police Department of various physical and psychological assaults.
After a hearing on Tuesday, he is now sentenced to a month and a half in prison. Hickerson is also prohibited from contacting Panettiere by a five-year warrant. In addition, he must attend 52 class units on domestic violence and pay a fine of 460 francs.

Hayden Panettiere announced a while ago that she wanted to publicize her allegations to start a conversation about abusive relationships.
