Carlos Santana collapsed on stage at a concert. The intense heat and lack of fluids could have taken their toll on the 74-year-old when he performed near Detroit in Michigan.

The musician collapsed during his concert at the Pine Knob Musical Theater, an outdoor amphitheater in the US town of Clarkston near Detroit.
Pictures and videos on social media show the 74-year-old guitarist being treated on stage. As a result, Santana was taken to the emergency room of a nearby hospital for observation, but he is fine.
The next concert will be postponed
However, the concert, which was scheduled to take place on Wednesday in Burgstown, Pennsylvania, has been postponed. Carlos Santana is currently on his “Miraculous Supernatural” tour.
Born in Mexico, the musician rose to stardom with his band at the legendary 1969 Woodstock Festival. The multiple Grammy Award winner is considered the inventor of Latin rock.
He is a member of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998. Santana’s classics include “Black Magic Woman”, “Samba Pa Ti” and a heavy version of “Oye Como Va”.
