The last thing Google confirmed was the end of Android Auto for smartphones. Users who are still active now receive an in-app notification that it won’t be supported soon. Driving Assistant mode is available as an alternative and is intended to assist future drivers. Users using Android 12 have not been able to access Android Auto since last year and now the app is also deprecated for Android 11 and earlier.
