The German Athletics Federation has nominated five Aces from South West Saxony on Friday for the World Championships, which will be held in Eugene (USA) from 15-24 July.
The 400-meter specialists are Corinna Schwab and Marvin Schlegel and triple crossing Max Hess of LAC Chemnitz. LV Erzgebirge’s Katharina Maich and Chemnitz’s Rebekka Haase, who starts with the Wetzlar Sprint, also got tickets. A total of 79 athletes belong to the German team. (fp)
