Enter Air has set up a wet-lease airline with Tui. The first job advertisements now provide information about the details of the planned airline.
Now things are getting serious. In August, it was announced that Enter Air would establish a wet-lease airline with Tui. And now they are already looking for captains. The current job ad also shows what the new airline will be called: Fly 4 is the name. Initially, Enter Air will be the driving force, and Tui will take a minority stake in the next few weeks, according to people familiar with the matter.
We are looking for Boeing 737 pilots who will be employed by third party AAP Aviation and fly for Fly 4. The basis will be adapted to Operational Needs. Since you are traveling on a wet lease, flexibility is required. But the first base is expected to be in the Midlands, that is, in the central England region surrounding the city of Birmingham.
Permanent permanent position
It is a permanent job on competitive terms, according to the new airline, which is majority owned by Enter Air and minority owned by Tui. It will be possible to work at 100 percent or 75 percent. The application deadline is “as soon as possible”.
The jobs advert also confirms that the new airline will not fly exclusively for Tui and Enter Air. They say they will also work for “others.” There is no information yet about where the planes will come from. Enter Air currently operates 23 Boeing 737-800 aircraft and six Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, the two models also forming the backbone of the Tui Group’s fleet.
The airline already has a logo
It is also not yet clear which airlines in the travel group should use these services. According to reports, Tuifly will not be in Germany. The group operates four other airlines: TUI Airways of Great Britain, TUI Nordic of Sweden, Twifly of Belgium, and TUI Airways of the Netherlands.
The logo used by Fly4 for job advertisements is the white and green font on a black background. According to aeroTELEGRAPH information, the airline will have its own look. What this looks like is not yet known.
