The British heir to the throne, Prince William, is optimistic about the future despite the dire climate crisis.

The nominees for the “Earthshot” award he created are proof that “there are plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the future of our planet,” said the 40-year-old, who announced the finalists for this year’s award this week.
