The NFL has now revealed which music stars will perform next year’s halftime show on February 13, 2002 at the 56 Super Bowl in Englewood, California at the new SoFi Stadium.
Mary J. Blige!
Snoop Dogg!
Eminem!
Kendrick Lamar!
Dr. Dre!
Even these hip-hop stars outshine soccer stars!
Together, Eminem and Co. owns. 43 Grammys and 19 #1 albums on the US Billboard charts.
Last year, The Weeknd performed as a soloist. The year before, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez were on a break.
Dr. Dre: “The chance to be on the Super Bowl halftime show and then where I grew up as well – that’s the greatest excitement of my career!”
Snoop Dogg and Kendrick Lamar also grew up nearby, so they have a “home game.”
