Z-Software GmbH, a game development studio best known for the Autobahn Police Simulator series, is excited to announce the console version of their post-apocalyptic real-time tactical game, Dustwind – The Last Resort. The game is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S has been published, as stated in the accompanying communication.

As part of announcing the console version of Dustwind, officials are also showing us a new teaser, which should get us in the mood for making the wasteland unsafe – or even safe – on the newly added platforms.

About Dustwind – The Last Resort

After the end of the world, civilization as we know it ended, and the few survivors had to fight each other. Times are tough in the wilderness! You are the unknown heroine. I was hit hard by a brutal attack in the wasteland. Without a memory and hopelessly sordid, you go on a crusade in which you fight your way to your tormentors for revenge!

If you are not careful, tactical, and intelligent, you have no chance of surviving! As the adventure progresses, you realize that it’s not just about your fate, it is about so much more …

Emotional Story campaign takes you through 16 missions. Collect weapons and equipment, develop your character according to your fun preferences and become a leader character in dark times.

You have to make tactical decisions at lightning speed if you want to survive! Infiltrate, target body parts, use different weapons and ammunition, drive vehicles, build a base, place turrets and barriers to defend you, use the environment to your advantage, deceive your enemies and defuse traps!

Dustwind is a tactical post-apocalyptic action game that was first released in 2018 for PC (steam) Released. The Last Resort is the single-player Dustwind experience with new controls and a redesigned user interface for a unique console gameplay experience.

Features at a glance

• Tactical action combat: You need tactical prowess and lightning-fast reactions to fight to survive in the wasteland! Infiltrate, target body parts, use different weapons and ammunition, drive vehicles, build a base, place turrets and barriers for your defense, use the environment to your advantage and deceive your enemies!

• Clusterfun: Nothing is as satisfying as killing your opponent with a butt fired from a crossbow directly onto the opponent’s face. Of course, ordinary wide-tipped arrows or exploding arrows could have been used. But it’s a lot more fun this way!

• Single player campaign: Play the Unknown Hero Love Story campaign. The story contains 16 missions with a runtime of around 10 hours.

• skirmish: A wide range of exciting game modes await!
