There has already been much speculation about the broken relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry. Now a royal expert has revealed her knowledge.
LONDON – Long gone are the days when Prince William, 42, and his younger brother Prince Harry, 39, were so close and publicly appeared as a harmonious team. Since Harry stepped back from royal duties with his wife Meghan, 42, in 2020, there has been an ice age between the brothers. Now a royal expert has revealed why the heir to the throne eventually cut off contact with the immigrant.

Prince Harry has likely given his family enough reasons to cut off contact. He and his wife, Meghan, have repeatedly criticized their behavior and the monarchy publicly, including in a television interview with Oprah Winfrey, 70, and also in his memoir “Spare.” According to royal expert Ingrid Seward, all of this led to a strained relationship with her older brother, as she stated in an interview with the Mirror newspaper.
Prince William, who just celebrated his 42nd birthday without his brother, is very sensitive and stability is very important in his life. “His relationship with his brother Harry has upset him more than he would like to admit. But he has found it easier to sever contact than to be constantly upset. The brothers also have every hope of reconciliation despite the difficult time that the British royal family has been going through since the birth of King Charles (75 years old) ) and Princess Kate (42) were diagnosed with cancer although they were not reunited.
Prince William and Prince Harry: No reconciliation on the horizon
It is currently unknown when the two last saw each other. In his interview with 60 Minutes in January 2023, Prince Harry stated that he had not been in contact with his brother and father “for a while.” The 39-year-old visited the latter for a few minutes when he discovered he had cancer. In the interview, he himself hoped for peace within the family.
It remains to be seen whether Prince William will ever agree to this wish or whether he will prefer to continue to keep his nerve and do without his younger brother. At the moment, there seems to be no reconciliation in sight between the royal brothers.
