After a protest by climate activists at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport, more than 100 people have been arrested. Activists from Greenpeace and Extinction Rebellion groups banned private jets at the airport on Saturday.

Climate activists have caused problems at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.

Climate activists are again causing a stir. This time at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam (Netherlands). The APS reported that the protesters, according to the police, intercepted private planes at the airport site. Some also chained themselves to planes. Scheduled flights to and from Schiphol were not affected by the protest.

Police also arrested protesters who were riding bicycles around the airport. The special forces had to drag some of them away, and according to the activists, one protester was wounded.
