Larry Rudolph (57 years old) has worked as the manager of the American singer for over 20 years عام Britney Spears (39). But he hasn’t spoken to her in more than two years. Now he no longer wants to represent Spears. The former lawyer has been working with the “Toxic” songwriter since the mid-1990s – who claimed in court last month that her tutelage was “abusive and traumatic.”
Her manager insists he hasn’t communicated with Spears in two and a half years. He believes it is in their best interest for him to resign because his professional accomplishments are “no longer necessary”.

According to Deadline, Rudolph wrote in a letter to Britney Spears’ guardian Jamie Spears (69) and court-appointed Judy Montgomery: “It’s been more than two and a half years since I reached out to Britney when she told me she wanted to take a break from work indefinitely. I have now learned that Britney has officially announced her intention to retire. As you know, I have never been part of the guardianship or its operations. As a result, I am not familiar with many of these details. I was originally hired at Britney’s request to help manage and support her career. As Her manager, I believe it is in Britney’s best interest to step down from her team as my professional services are no longer needed. Please accept this letter as my official resignation.”

Larry Rudolph — who also directs Aerosmith and the first man in the band, Stephen Tyler, 73 — has admitted he’s proud of the work he and Britney Spears have done together and vowed to be there when she needs it. He added, “I will always be incredibly proud of what we have achieved in our 25 years together. I wish Britney all the health and happiness in the world, and I will be there for her if she needs me again, as I have always been.”
Britney Spears thinks her dad should go to jail
Britney claimed last month that her guardianship left her “shocked and depressed,” saying her father Jamie – who has been in charge of his daughter’s personal and business affairs since 2008 – belongs in prison. She said, “They send me for therapy and a psychiatrist three times a week. I really think this tutelage is abusive. I don’t feel like I can live a full life. In the meantime, I’d like this therapist to come to my house. I’m not ready to go to Westlake anymore. They showed me by sending me.” To the most public places. I need help. My parents and everyone involved in this guardianship, including my administration… should be in prison.”
Following this statement, Jimmy Spears’ legal team released a statement saying, “He is sorry to see his daughter suffer and is in so much pain. Mr. Spears loves his daughter very much.”
Last week, a judge rejected Britney’s request to place her father on probation as a guardian. The court order reads: “Request for immediate suspension of James P. Spears after the appointment of the Bessemer Trust Company of California, NA as the sole trustee of the property, impartial.” (live)
