The picture itself is not amazing. Pictured from Paris Fashion Week, Federer stands among the four Blackpink musicians. The five smiled happily for the camera, as the snap was posted to Monday’s “Blick” shows.
Below the photo, Federer placed a black and pink heart and wrote: “My kids said this was a specific Instagram post.” Whether Federer took the photo for the sake of his kids or is actually a fan of K-Pop remains to be seen. In any case, the offspring was right.
To date, more than 9,000 comments have been added to over 1 million likes. “You win everything. I’m now winning on Instagram,” for example.
The group from the South Korean capital, Seoul, is one of the most successful K-pop groups in the world and has 52.4 million followers on Instagram. The photo with the tennis star has not yet appeared on her channel.
