This challenge is for 24 days and you decide how much and how long you want to train. So it can be optimally adapted to your needs and situation.
You do one exercise per day. You can also choose how many repetitions you dare to do. Whether it’s 12 to 15 or 20 reps, you’ll soon feel a change in your arm muscles.
Each exercise is 50 seconds long with a 10-second rest. Have fun!
