Trouble with the authorities you don’t know. Just: most of the time the state is right. But if this is not the case, the Ombudsman can help. This mediates disputes between residents and management and checks whether they have acted properly. Ombudsman advice is free and confidential. In the event of a dispute, it is also open to cantonal employees who wish to report violations.
