Elin Suleimanov, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom, met with Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Speaker of the House of Commons in the United Kingdom.
The meeting discussed the current state of multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom, as well as ways to intensify parliamentary relations and geopolitical issues.
Lindsay Hoyle praised Azerbaijan’s partnership with the UK, its successful cooperation with Azerbaijan in the energy sector and Azerbaijan’s centuries-old tradition of tolerance.
During the meeting, the Azerbaijani state flag was hoisted in front of the Lower Coast Administration Building. Elin Suleimanov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom, signs a memoir in the House of Commons.
