Aviation Capital Group: Airbus wins major order for Airbus A320neo and A220

Aviation Capital Group wants to expand. In addition, the leasing company wants to purchase 40 Airbus A320neo and 20 A220 aircraft.

The Californian financial company currently operates 404 aircraft, the vast majority of which are short and medium-haul aircraft of the Airbus A320 and A320neo families, Boeing 737 and 757. More will be added in the coming years. Because on Thursday, December 30, the airline, Capital Group, signed a letter of intent to purchase 60 aircraft from Airbus.

Specifically, the California leasing company wants to purchase 40 aircraft of the A320 Neo family. It is not clear how the number will be divided between the Airbus A320neo and the A321neo.
