During the conversation, the developers at Pisces Interactive were directly asked how many hours the campaigns would last. The response was: “We are aiming for six to ten hours of playtime in the campaign. Players must complete the game at least twice to get the full story experience.”

According to Adam Riese, you have to plan about 12 to 20 hours to really get all the details of the story. Because, as Pisces has already confirmed in the past, the campaigns of Emily Heartwood and Edward Carnby are said to differ greatly. Each of them will have their own scenes, locations and levels.

According to current plans, Alone in the Dark will be released on October 25, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S.
