Relegation ends in Lower Bavaria next weekend after a total of 47 matches. That was certain since Wednesday night and TSV Abensberg’s victory in the third round of relegation to the regional league.
Abinsburg’s success has consequences for relegation in the Western Football District. Third place will be free in the Niederbayern West leagues and the losers of Thursday’s two matches (FC Dingolfing II v TSV Velden and TSV Tiefenbach v SV Ihrlerstein) will have another chance to play again in the third round at the weekend. .
The victory of Abensberg has no bearing on relegation to the county class. In the eastern district, only two matches today in the district league (Riedlhütte – Fürstenzell and Perkam – Neuhausen / Offfenberg) are still pending.
