The 48th Copa America Championship began on Friday evening. Here you will find the most important names and dates for the tournament.
Where to play the game?
The 34 matches will be held in 14 stadiums. The locations were roughly evenly distributed geographically: 5 in the east, 5 in the center, and 4 in the west of the USA.
When do you play the game?
The opening match was held on June 20 (local time) in Atlanta. The final will be held on July 14 (local time) in Miami. The final will start 5 hours after the European Championship final in Berlin.
Who is there?
16 teams are participating in the tournament, divided into 4 groups. South America has the largest number of participants with 10 teams. There are also Canada, host United States, Jamaica, Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama.
Who are your favourites?
It looks like it always does in the Copa America: the favorites are defending champions Argentina and Brazil. Uruguay has the best overseas opportunities.
Are there any Premier League players out there?
