At the head of the Migros empire: MGB President Fabrice Zumbrunen and Ursula Nolde, president of the Migros Cooperative. Then follow…

Migros has more than 2.3 million members, has nearly 100,000 employees, and is the largest private employer in Switzerland. Millions of Migros owners are organized into ten regional cooperatives. Their bosses, called regional princes, have the most powerful superhero within the Migros group. Because they absolutely did not want to do what the president of Migros Fabrice Zombrunn (52) had demanded, the latter announced his resignation. Nine regional princes and one princess, deeply rooted in the regions. The majority of their co-ops will have fewer employees in 2021 than in the previous year, recording only two sales growth. All cooperatives conduct their own ballots, have their own management, cooperative board and management – a very complex structure, unique in Switzerland.
Migros Ari: The cantons of Bern, Solothurn and Aargau belong to this cooperative. It is considered a creative force among the regions.
