The Tagesschau newspaper has been covering current world events for 70 years. You’re a news pro if you can put at least 20 news events in the correct order on our timeline!

How it works: Drag and drop the top event cards into the correct place on the bottom timeline. Arrange as many cards as you can in the correct chronological order without making any mistakes! If the card is placed incorrectly, the game ends and a new round begins. good luck!

The aim of the game:
Arrange as many cards as possible in the correct chronological order. The limit is 50 cards/time events – but experience has shown that you can feel like a ‘news pro’ even if you lay out 20 cards correctly. 🙂

How it works:

  1. Draw from the event stack in a row The top card by dragging and dropping at the right place in the timeline. You can place the tiles before or after the tiles that have already been laid. If necessary, it can be useful to look at the videos of the old Tagesschau editions in the event cards. The dates of the event are not mentioned in the videos.
  2. If the card is placed correctly, the date will appear in blue.
  3. The game round lasts a long time How to put the cards in the correct order.
  4. If you misplace the card, it lights up red and the game round ends. You can start over by clicking “play again” Tap/tap to beat your high score.

evaluation:
The final score shows you the score achieved in the current game round and your highest score ever.

Percentages are calculated based on all rounds played by all players.
