Australia is increasingly back on the travel world map. Emirates has recorded increased demand and is now significantly expanding its Australia flights.

Emirates is increasing its frequencies to three destinations below. From June 1, the Dubai carrier is offering a second daily flight to Brisbane. On March 26, Melbourne will increase its daily connections between Singapore and Emirates’ hub in Dubai from two to three times a day, and from May 1 Emirates will again fly direct to Sydney three times a day.

Melbourne and Sydney will be restored to pre-pandemic levels. Additionally, flights via Sydney to Christchurch in New Zealand will also be reintroduced to the route network from March 26. Flights to Melbourne and Sydney and an additional connection to Brisbane will be operated in a three-class configuration with Boeing 777-300ER jets. On the third daily flight between Dubai and Sydney, Emirates A380 passengers will experience the new Premium Economy Class. The airline currently operates a daily A380 service to Perth.

By mid-year, Emirates will increase its flight schedule to Australia to 63 weekly flights and fly more than 55,000 passengers per week to the continent’s most important cities.
