Early on, I focused on the different generations. How have values and ideas about life changed? What problems do young people have, whether in the family or in the professional context, that were not a big problem 20 years ago, for example? Two themes were immediately apparent here.
Constant stress and, consequently, the risk of burnout and more stringent conditions in personal relationships. Bullying keywords. In individual and group consultations, as well as lectures and workshops, I accompany families and companies on the issues of their generation. Because generations are everywhere! Do we consider it an asset or a burden? You have the choice.
